Cokesbury United Methodist Church has a children’s ministry that creates a wide range of opportunities for children to grow in their understanding of Jesus’ love for us. Kid’s need not be members of Cokesbury to particiate – All children from ages 3 to 10 are welcome.
All children’s services are provided by Safe Sanctuary Certified caregivers.
Children’s Church
During the 11am Sunday Morning Service our children are invited to attend Children’s Church. Kids sit with their parents for the beginning of the service, and are called forward for the Children’s Message. Immediately following, the children are escorted to Children’s Church with Alison Myers, Director of Children’s Ministries. Kids play games, sing songs, and learn about Jesus through activities. Children are then escorted back to their families at the end of the service.
Sunday School
Sunday School classes are offered for every age group. Ask a friendly face to help you find your way to a classroom for your little ones.
