Traditional Worship at Cokesbury UMC

The traditional worship services at Cokesbury have all of the elements that will make you feel at home if you grew up going to church as a child. We have organ music, Choir anthems, prayers lead by the pastor, children's sermons, children's music presentations, and a sermon based on scriptures read at the service. Please join us as we worship God together!

"The Fountain" Worship Service at Cokesbury UMC

The service has been named "The Fountain" because it will be a place to come for one last drink of God's calming presence right after your crazy weekend and before your challenging work week. This service will be short (only 30 - 45 minutes) and filled with a joyful and uplifting message and music.

Service Features:

• A relaxed environment.
• Casual dress is encouraged.
• Lead by adult and youth worship leaders.
• The worship leadership encourages interaction during the service.
• Immediately following the service, a family style meal will be provided.
• This service is evolving. More events will follow in the spring.
