Children's Sunday School Our children's Sunday School program is initiating a number of new programs to meet the needs of our young church members. More information is available on their web page.
Sunday School - Young Adults A new area of ministry for Cokesbury which indicates the growth that our church has experienced in the past few years. A new class will be starting soon.
Sunday School - General Cokesbury has a very active Sunday School program. Sunday School starts at 9:45 a.m. for all ages. There are exciting classes available for Junior High and Senior High students. Our adult classes offer a variety of subjects and teaching styles that should meet the needs of every family member.
United Methodist Men All men of the church are invited to participate in activities with other Christian men. One of the primary fellowship activities is a monthly dinner held at 6:00 PM on the second Thursday each month.
United Methodist Women All women of the church are invited to join a circle for fellowship and learning opportunities. The circles meet at various times and days of the week. A monthly business meeting is also held at the church.
Prayer Chain The Prayer Chain at Cokesbury is an email list that is used to provide prayer concerns to our members. You may add or remove yourself from the list with this web page.
Youth Methodist Youth Fellowship (MYF) meets every Sunday evening at 5:00 p.m. You are invited to join them if you are a 6th-12th grade student. More information on current youth events can be found on their web pages.
Early Childhood Development Center Our ECDC program provides learning opportunities for pre-school children. If you need more information, contact the ECDC staff at 281-484-5951.
S.E.A.M. South-East Area Ministries is a community service center which our church sponsers to help with the needy of our area.
Helping Hands A ministry to feed the homeless of Houston. Food is distributed on Sundays after church. Your help is always welcome.
Friendly Folks A fellowship for anyone with some spare time (retired perhaps) that would like to share a meal and some friendly games.
Vacation Bible School A ministry to the surrounding area that provides a week of bible study and activities for children of elementry age.
Children's Choir Our children have a wonderful choir program on Wednesday nights. The focus is on learning about God through song.
Scouts Cokesbury sponsers a Boy Scout and Cub Scout program. More information on this ministry will be added in the near future.
